Dèinos is a wine born from Banfi’s adventure in Bolgheri, representing its most ambitious evolution.

Cuvée Aurora Blanc de Blancs is a 100% Chardonnay sourced from carefully selected high-hill vineyards in Piedmont, located above 250 meters above sea level. Banfi was among the seven historic wineries that, reaffirming the Piedmontese roots of Italy’s sparkling wine tradition, launched the Classic Method Sparkling Wine Project in Piedmont in 1990. In 2008, this effort was finally crowned with the recognition of the Alta Langa DOCG designation.
