Banfi has recently invested in beekeeping, as we are aware of its important role in the prservation of biodiversity and in in nature conservation.

A millenary tradition that provides the bees little shleters, hives, set around the estate, where the bee colonies produce the nectar that yields a delicate varerty of wildflower honey. It has a sweet and pleasant taste, it can be blond or rddish in color, full of nuances wich vary according to the season and the area of production.

Our wildflower honey is particularly suited for homemade cakes and pairs nicely with aged or slightly sharp cheeses.
