On the south-facing hills of the estate, Banfi grows 40 hectares of olive trees. In addition to a small cluster of historical trees, the rest of the olive grove is made up of more recent trees managed in a vase shape.

In the groves, Banfi Extra Virgin Olive Oil are produced: two exquisite nectars, fruit of this extraordinary territory. 

Colour: from green to golden yellow according to the year.

Bouquet: fruity, intense and persistent with hints of freshly mown grass, artichoke.

Tast: medium spicy with variable bitter finish, according to the year.

Ideal as a dressing. To fully appreciate its taste, we recommend using it on toasted bread, traditionally known as “bruschetta”.

Production technique: "cold" extraction.
